According to the State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, Maryland, Clingman now faces several counts of vehicular manslaughter due to gross negligence and driving under the influence. The accident occurred on July 6 when Clingman allegedly struck Jackson's vehicle while speeding and impaired. Eyewitnesses and police reports indicate that Jackson's car veered off the road and collided with trees.
